Description

Blue Mountain Coop. is a board-game for 1-6 players (time: 20-30 minutes). The Blue Mountain Coop. is a medium-sized pharmaceutical company. F&O at Blue Mountain Coop. is smarter than big pharmaceutical because cross-department projects are here regarded as common tasks and are successfully conducted in a cooperative way. BlueMountain Coop. is realized as a print & play game meaning that everything needed to play the game is included in the attached pdf file. BlueMountain Coop. is a co-operative game; the players take the role of a department head. Each round they assign their resources to cross-department projects, internal projects, training or "Great Place to Work"-activities. At the beginning of each round there is a random event that may change the availability of resources or importance of projects. Afterwards a die is rolled to determine how many workers are ill or left the company. After the drawing of new projects, resources are allocated. At the end of the round all projects that had all required resources allocated may bring victory points. The game ends after 6 (short variant) or 12 (long variant) rounds.
