Description

Make Rule is an (almost) ruleless card game that comes with 36 cards in six types numbered 1–5 and one each with a star. Lacking rules, the game comes with instructions on how to create rules. Rules can basically be anything, but should generally be "who wins" and "how do you play the cards". Each player gets to suggest three rules, and each rule is voted on. If at least half of the players vote yes for the rule, it's accepted.
