Publisher's summary ひゃっぴきいっしゅ (Hyappiki Isshu) (Animal Karuta) is a Japanese card game for children. In this varation on the classic karuta game Hyakunin Isshu, historical personages are replaced with color-coded animals. There are two ways to play: either with a group like normal karuta, or as an intense head-to-head battle for two. 日本の伝統ゲームである百人一首の「決まり字」というゲームとしての面白さを、どうぶつと色で表現したカルタゲームです。 2人で遊ぶ真剣ルールと、みんなであそぶルールの2種類があります。
