Description

A "humorous", simple game where players invest in underworld assets (drugs, extortion, vice, girls) and roll for success. Depending on the die roll, various things may happen- get henchmen, steal from other player etc. The player who controls one trade completely wins, or the player owing most of the city squares when the city has been taken completely.
