Description

This is a game, along the lines of normal tic-tac-toe, with several difference. First, it features a Toe piece that stuns pieces of players that are adjacent to it vertically or horizontally, so these pieces can't be relocated during the relocation phase. Second, players are limited to only 3 pieces per side. Third, a player can lose the game if they are not able to relocate any of their pieces during the relocation phase of the game. The name is based off reversing the words "Tic Tac Toe" and using a Toe piece as a blocker.
