Description

Face-Off Hockey is an abstract sports game that uses unique dice and a morale point system to simulate all the exciting action of hockey. Easy to learn and teach, even if you've never watched or played the sport. Face-Off Hockey uses 16 unique dice. Each player will select a set of 7 that include, 4 Forwards, 2 Defencemen, and a Goalie. The dice use a straight forward color scheme making them easy to identify, with glyphs that are universally recognisable. Fight for puck possession and attempt to generate offence in order score goals and win the game. The morale system simulates the highs and lows that your team will encounter throughout the course of a game. Use your morale boost to perform special actions which could lead to a turning point in the game! Track scores, turns, period and any penalties with the cleverly designed play mat. Face-Offs, Checking, turnovers, breakaways, odd man rushes, penalties, short handed goals, overtime, shootouts and more!
